The role

We're creating a beloved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins!

As a Sales Representative at Barkyn, you will play a key role in helping our customers make the right nutritional choices for their pets. You'll be working with a mix of inbound and outbound leads, engaging in conversations that make tails wag and customers smile.

Specifically, we expect you to:

  • Engage with customers who have opted for guidance through the WhatsApp channel, offering them personalized and professional assistance throughout their buying journey.
  • Become an expert on Barkyn's product offerings to make specific recommendations based on individual pet needs.
  • Reach out to lapsed customers to understand why they have discontinued their Barkyn subscription and utilize this insight to offer personalized solutions and incentives to win them back.
  • Proactively contact customers who had difficulty completing their purchase online, assist them through the checkout process, and close the sale.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Comfortable using sales software and communication tools like WhatsApp
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and rejection positively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
