Our offices are located in Braga and Lisbon, or anywhere if you choose to go remote. The choice is yours, and we are confident that you will find a solution that suits both your needs and those of Nutrium.
Notwithstanding, as we enjoy spending some time together, you can expect to meet the team in person occasionally for group meetings and bonding moments.

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Nutrium Care team as a Sales Operations Trainee. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales B2B Team to support and enhance all the processes related to Nutrium Care - an innovative Corporate Wellness program that brings nutrition closer to employees:

1. Meeting Scheduling - Efficiently manage inbound and outbound meeting requests, with potential customers in Portugal and Spain.

2. Customer Meeting Support: Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to accompany them in meetings with potential customers.

3. Proposal Preparation: Take ownership of crafting persuasive and well-structured proposals to present to our customers.

4. Lead Management: Act as the main point of contact for leads, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process.

5. Reporting: Utilize our CRM system to accurately track and analyze sales activities, providing regular reports and insights to the sales team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Native or proficient in Portuguese and Spanish (English is a plus!);
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment;
  • Willingness to learn new things, open to challenges, and thrive on success.
