You will get to experience the US market in real estate.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our apartment locating company.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments from clients and resolving any outstanding issues on invoicing and collecting.The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and fostering positive relationships with our clients, working cross-functionally with marketing and sales to initiate business development partnerships and negotiated deals. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients based on the services rendered, lease agreements, and commission structures. Payment ProcessingRecord and process incoming payments, including checks, electronic funds transfers, and credit card transactions, ensuring payments are applied correctly to the appropriate accounts. Client ValidationValidate our company as a vendor to our clients, ensuring we're properly set up in their systems and ready to receive payments CollectionsMonitor and follow up on past-due accounts, contacting clients to request outstanding payments and resolving any billing discrepancies or disputes.Implement alternative collection measures and payment methods without formal supervisor approval to ensure timely payments. Client CommunicationMaintain open lines of communication with clients regarding their accounts, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.Identify and create lists of properties that Management can engage with for targeted conversations Client SupportProactively communicate with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes and address any concerns or questions. ReportingGenerate regular accounts receivable reports, highlighting key performance metrics, outstanding balances, and collections status for management & leadership review.Maintain database of non-paying properties and communicate status with Sales Leadership, Marketing Team and Leadership Cash Flow ManagementAssist in forecasting cash flow and contribute to financial planning initiatives by providing accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable data.Collaborate effectively with other departments, including sales and operations, to address billing-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
